Rice Balls

This is something that I invented to use rice leftovers :)

Ingredients:

Rice, cheddar cheese (grated), egg, cilantro (finely chopped), salt, pepper, nutmeg (to season).

Directions:

Simply mix all the ingredients together then form into balls. Fry in a deep fryer.

To be served hot.

P.S.
You can add any kind of cheese; replace cilantro with any kind of herbs.
