Ostrich Filets with Mushrooms

Ingredients:
4 Ostriches filets
1 Medium onion finely chopped
1 cup of mushrooms sliced
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt, pepper, nutmeg
1 cup cream fresh
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Heat a couple of spoons of oil in a large pan. Season the Filets with salt, pepper and nutmeg on each side. Cook the filets on the pan till it gets golden brown. Remove the filets and in the same pan. Add the onions, stir till it becomes translucent. Deglaze the pan with the lemon juice. Add the mushrooms season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste. Return the filets to the pan. Add the cream fresh. Cook till the cream thickens. Serve with white rice.
Note: for those who love the taste of lemon you may add more lemon juice to your taste.
