Fried Fish, Egyptian Way

Ingredients:
Fish fillets
Crushed garlic
Chopped chilies
Lemon juice
Salt, pepper, and cumin
Flour, oil to deep fry
Directions:
Mix the garlic, chilies, and lemon juice. Add the cumin, salt and pepper to taste.
Marinate the fish fillets for at least 1 hour.
Cover the fillets with flour then deep fry them in oil.
